Unsecured Loans are available to Homeowners, Tenants (includes those Living with Parents) and HM Forces Personnel. The loan can be for whatever you want - holiday, wedding, health care, buy a car, home improvements, pay off existing loans etc. We have lenders for those with a good credit history and they offer competitive rates and lenders for those who have or have had adverse credit history. The criteria is as follows: Good Credit History - up to £25,000 for Home Owners and Tenants - the main applicant must be in full time employment with proof of income, have a bank account that accepts direct debits, have 3 years address history, aged 18 +, all current credit to be up to date and have a land line telephone number. Rates start from 9.9% APR. Smaller Loans and those with Adverse Credit History - loans from £100 to £1,500 for Home Owners and Tenants - the main applicant must be in full time employment with proof of income, have a bank account that accepts direct debits, have 3 years address history, aged 18+ and have a land line telephone number. Payday Loan - is a short term loan of between £80 and £400 repayable on your next pay day. Alternatively you may renew your loan until the following pay day by payment of the interest on the original loan (there is no limit on the number of times you may renew your loan). If you wish to renew your loan then you telephone the lender at least 3 working days before the loan is due to be repaid. The loan will be repaid at the rate of £100 for each £80 borrowed, by means of cheques to be posted to the lender when the loan is agreed.
